Frequently Asked Questions
All commissions must be sent via the official commission form while commissions are open. Once approved, you will receive an invoice to the email that you registered your commission with via PayPal. This invoice must be paid for within 7 days in order to hold your slot. (No Exceptions)
If you do not have PayPal, we may at our sole discretion, use an alternative payment method such as CashApp, GooglePay, Venmo, Stripe, ETC. Please list this request in your commission submit if you require or would like to use one of these methods instead.
All commissions are paid in advanced before work is started on it.
Yes! After the commission is completed and the digital PDF is sent, you may share or distribute it as you like. It will also be posted on our social profiles. If you would like us to keep it private then do let us know and we will not post it.
